Carrier is committed to a safe reporting environment that is free of fear, bullying or other negative consequences. Carrier has zero tolerance for retaliation. Anyone engaging in retaliatory behavior or activities that inhibit good-faith reporting will be subject to disciplinary action, up to possible termination.
Carrier offers multiple communication channels for reporting actual or suspected violations of our Code of Ethics. Employees should feel confident asking questions or raising concerns directly with their supervisor or with another supervisor or manager, a human resources manager, an Ethics & Compliance Officer or with the legal department. To ensure robust reporting of allegations of ethical wrongdoing, Carrier provides an anonymous and confidential channel for employees and third parties to report suspected ethics or compliance misconduct.
