The health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance. We have put in place guidelines across Carrier facilities worldwide as we respond to COVID-19 and adjust to our new normal. These protocols were developed in line with guidance from a number of global organizations, including, but not limited to, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, European Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and Singapore Ministry of Health. Where applicable, additional or varying measures have been applied per local laws and regulations, and to further ensure the safety of Carrier employees, customers and suppliers.
