Carrier Wins Patent Infringement Case for Innovative Infinity® Technology

A jury in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware has found that Goodman Manufacturing Company infringed Carrier’s patent rights relating to the innovative functionality of Carrier’s Infinity® line of residential HVAC systems. The jury also confirmed the validity of Carrier’s U.S. Patent No. 7,243,004.
