Riello and Eni gas e luce Enter Strategic Alliance

Riello is pleased to announce a new strategic alliance with Eni gas e luce, which supplies gas for the domestic heating segment and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eni SpA. As part of Eni’s new expanded services to customers, Eni gas e luce will now offer Riello’s heating and air conditioning products and services for residential applications. With wall boilers, water heaters and air conditioners as well as installation, maintenance and after-sales services - and a reputation for quality, reliability and sustainability - Riello is uniquely qualified to provide such services. Riello Group, a leader in products and services for heating, air conditioning and energy efficiency, is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

Eni gas e luce is a leader in the Italian gas supply segment, operating in four countries in Europe with 9 million customers. As part of this new agreement, Eni gas e luce will also provide support through its end-user network with targeted marketing and co-marketing activities.
For its part, Riello has pledged to develop and supply innovative products for the segment and manage logistics and pre-sales. It will leverage its 600-strong Authorized Technical Services (STA) network, which provides maintenance and technical support for Riello products in Italy, complementing the nationwide Riello sales organization.
Customers accessing after-sales and technical support will also benefit from the collaboration of two facilities, the STA Riello and Eni Energy Store, which will create a larger professional network across the country.
