Carrier reports first quarter 2024 results
Carrier and Bryant Welcome Thousands of Customers to National Dealer Conventions
The recent Carrier and Bryant National Dealer Conventions welcomed thousands of dealers and distributors to Las Vegas, NV to prepare for the upcoming 2023 Department of Energy (DOE) regulatory changes. These new requirements will affect minimum efficiency and test procedures and are part of the DOE’s ongoing initiative to reduce overall energy consumption in the United States.
 
Carrier held its four-day event from Sept. 26-29 and Bryant from Oct. 2-5. Over 7,000 people attended the conventions, which included invaluable information, keynote speakers, Hall of Fame inductions and more.

For the first time since 2020, Carrier hosted an in-person Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD) reception and a Hall of Fame induction celebrating the hard work of Carrier’s FADs while recognizing three dealerships with a lifetime achievement award. The Carrier Dealer Hall of Fame acknowledges individuals whose abiding integrity in action has been the result of their commitment to an unwavering determination to be of service, to give back and to stand behind every promise to their associates, employees, customers and communities.

The conventions delivered an opportunity for Carrier and Bryant to engage with customers through 46 education-packed presentations, access to 47 interactive trade show exhibitors and eight networking events in advance of the DOE industry-wide changes taking effect on Jan. 1, 2023. Major industry-leading product innovations were announced from the mainstage, including InteliSense™, near field communication capabilities, Vertex™ technology and the future of digital in HVAC and manufacturing.
