One of London’s most iconic office buildings recently got a cool new upgrade. The Royal Exchange, built in the 16th century, is now an exclusive retail center with restaurants, cafes and over 30 stores. The building underwent a major refurbishment in June 2019, which replaced the previous chillers made by another manufacturer with two high-performance AquaForce® 30XAV-600 chillers equipped with Greenspeed® technology.

A key component of the renovation was replacing and upgrading the building’s air conditioning to deliver the highest level of indoor comfort. Carrier’s AquaForce chillers are designed to meet current and future requirements for energy efficiency and operating sound levels.
