Carrier Awarded for Delivering an Excellent Customer Experience

At Carrier’s World Headquarters, the Center for Intelligent Buildings, a state-of-the-art innovation and technology experience center gives customers and visitors a truly unique experience to interact with Carrier’s products and technology.

The building’s Customer Experience Center was recognized with two awards from the Association of Briefing Program Managers (ABPM). The first was the annual award for World Class Center Design, as Carrier was recognized because of the comprehensive messaging and brand connections; keeping the customer at the focal-point; high-quality execution of content; and the physical embodiment of the company’s brand and vision.

The second award was for Innovation in Sustainability as Carrier provided sustainable integration and solutions such as Automated Logic’s WebCTRL building management system used to self-adjust air flow and temperatures for optimal comfort and efficiency, the MyWay app, based on LenelS2’s BlueDiamondTM technology eliminating the need for traditional plastic employee badges and Carrier’s AquaEdge 23XRV chillers ensure optimized performance, increased efficiency and proactive identification of potential issues.
