Carrier’s operations in Mexico received the highest index score – 100 points – based on the following criteria:

  • Adoption of non-discrimination policies

  • Provide trainings on LGBTQ+ relevant topics and promote safe spaces for members of the community and allies
"As we continue to do more for the LGBTQ+ community throughout the company, we are excited to continue achieving milestones and building on Carrier’s progress for our Mexican community,” said Juzli Bracamontes, Senior Director, Operations, Carrier Mexico and Executive Sponsor of Carrier’s PRIDE Employee Resource Group (ERG), LATAM Chapter.

To strengthen its commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and help promote discrimination-free work environments in Mexico, Carrier’s PRIDE ERG, LATAM Chapter, is sharing best practices with a network of more than 100 companies.
