Carrier Recognized by Newsweek as One of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity in 2024
Carrier has been recognized by Newsweek on its America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024 list. The magazine’s annual list is based on examination of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and an anonymous online survey. In partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, Newsweek gathered more than 1.5 million company reviews to identify the selections for the 2024 list.
Carrier’s global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) reflect the diversity of Carrier’s workforce, with membership open to all employees and a focus on development across the company’s affinity groups. The ERGs work across five strategic areas: education and awareness, professional networking, community outreach, business partnering and strategy execution. Carrier’s ERGs include:
