Max Viessmann is CEO and Member of the Executive Board of the Viessmann Group, which owned Viessmann Climate Solutions prior to Carrier’s acquisition. All activities of the family-owned company are driven by one purpose: Co-creating living spaces for generations to come – that is the responsibility of the global Viessmann family. Max joined the family business in 2015 and has been leading the Group as CEO since July 2022. Additionally, he is Chair of the Advisory Council of the German Cancer Research Center. Prior to joining the more than 100-year-old family business, Max was a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and an angel investor in Europe and Asia. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and the Technical University of Darmstadt.
