Just ahead of our one-year anniversary, Carrier is proud to release our first Annual Report. 2020 was profoundly transformational as Carrier became a stand-alone public company amidst a global pandemic. As a 100-year-old startup, it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a fundamentally new Carrier. The transformation began with a cultural shift toward The Carrier Way, which outlines the company’s vision and values, and defines the behaviors that establish how teams will work and win together. 

 

2020 also shined a light on two key societal imperatives - the importance of healthy and safe indoor environments and the importance of having an effective and connected cold chain that supports safe distribution of food, medicine and vaccines. These two imperatives strengthened Carrier’s resolve to be a leading voice, to be a solutions innovator and to affirm our enterprise strategy: to be the world leader in healthy, safe and sustainable building and cold chain solutions.
