Thomas Heim is President, Climate Solutions Europe, for Carrier. In this role, Thomas is responsible for driving profitable growth through digitally enabled lifecycle solutions and a multi-brand, multi-tier channel strategy across the region.

Thomas joined Carrier in January 2024 through the acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience in the HVAC and building technology sectors. Most recently, he served as President, Climate Solutions Europe Residential & Light Commercial. Before that, Thomas was the Chief Executive Officer of Viessmann Climate Solutions, following a prior role as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Earlier in his career, Thomas held senior positions at Bosch, including Senior Vice President Brand Positioning and Distribution and Senior Vice President Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Thomas has an MBA from the University of Bayreuth and serves as Vice-Chairman of the Executive Council of the European Heating Industry Association (EHI).
