Milena Oliveira is Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Carrier, where she is responsible for leading the company’s global integrated marketing, brand, communications and social impact strategy. In this role, Milena leads the development and execution of dynamic, differentiated, integrated brand strategies, and marketing and communications campaigns to strengthen and protect Carrier’s corporate reputation and drive business growth.

Milena joins Carrier from 3M where she had over 23 years of global business experience, most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer for 3M Transportation & Electronics Business Group. She has held a number of additional senior roles including President and Managing Director for 3M Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, and held leadership roles in Belgium and Brazil.

Milena has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and an executive MBA from the Carlson School of Management at University of Minnesota. She currently serves on The BrandLab Board of Directors and the Opus College of Business / University of St. Thomas Strategic Board of Advisors.
